Please check your package status on the Canada Post website. Sometimes there are delays with Canada Post, but it will get to you eventually.

Also note, if your package is marked as “Delivered” by Canada Post, we do not reimburse for lost package claims; however, an investigation will be launched.

If the package is re-routed and returned because your address is incorrect, the package is considered lost and we will not incur any costs for the lost package.
